Shipping policy:

When the color of an item is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail that that second choice(s) will replace the original color. If no second choice color was given, you will be notified via e-mail of the out-of-stock product and given an option to wait for a new shipment or provide new color choices. The order will not be processed until you have responded with your decision.

Orders generally ship the same to next business day and arrive depending on the shipping service chosen. This time is an estimate and is not guaranteed – if you do not receive a confirmation by the end of the business day, you may call or e-mail for the status. Orders paid by Paypal or check are not shipped until the payment clears--usually 3 to 4 business days.

Returns & Cancellation Policy:

Please inspect your products before using or washing them. Try them on your baby with a wipee or other material protecting the diaper/product from your baby’s skin and any possible accidents. Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unused, unwashed merchandise and in original packaging if applicable. Returns must be made within sixty days from shipment of product. Neither the initial shipping charges nor the return shipping charges will be reimbursed. Please note that returns may take up to ten days to process.

Loaner Diaper Policy:

In the event the loaner diapers are not returned within 14 days from the time sent, or the diapers are returned with damage that exceeds the guidelines set forth in the “Definition of normal usage” and “Washing instructions” sections below and sent via e-mail, the current MSRP of the diapers will be billed to the renter. Make sure the diaper is the correct fit – snug around the legs, but not too tight.

Definition of normal use (resulting in “good condition”):

--Normal WHITE piling on the fleece.

--Slight staining ON THE INSERTS ONLY due to normal wear. The outside of the diapers should have no discoloration or staining. Staining should not occur when washed properly, but is acceptable within the terms of this contract if the staining results from baby waste.

--Normal wear to elastic, stitching and fabric. Elastic and stitching must be intact, indicating that the diapers were used on an appropriately sized baby. Broken snaps incurred through normal use are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Multiple broken snaps on a diaper would indicate misuse (for example, you ran the diaper over with your car) making you responsible for replacing that diaper.

Washing instructions for loaner diapers (resulting in “good condition”):

--When changing the diaper, shake any solid stools into the toilet. (dunking/soaking not necessary)

--Shake the insert into the diaper pail/bag. Drop the cover in separately.

--Within 60 hours of the first changed diaper (2-3 days), complete a pre-wash or pre-rinse in cold water. (no detergent)

--After the pre-rinse, add ˝ the recommended amount of a strong unscented detergent. Run a regular cycle with hot water on heavy duty. During the rinse cycle, check to be sure there are no suds. If there are suds, complete an additional rinse cycle in cold water and be sure to add less detergent during the next wash.

--Dry in the dryer on low heat or hang dry.

--DO NOT use fabric softener or any detergent with fabric softener.

--DO NOT use bleach or any whitening agent or any detergent containing these.

--DO NOT use any diaper rash creams/ointments with petroleum products or fish oils.

--Do not leave the soiled diapers in a dry pail for more than 3 days – staining will result. If you do not intend to wash them within 3 days, they should be soaked in water in the interim.

--Do not use any additional products in the wash without first consulting. I am happy to help you solve a staining or stinky diaper issue!
